Description
Purchased building at 4014 S Grand and 2nd floor unit had all plaster, electric, plumbing removed by previous owner. We will be adding electric, plumbing, hvac, rehanging drywall, adding kitchen cabinets, tub, toilet and bathroom vanity, refinishing original flooring, adding historic trim to windows and baseboards.
