Description
This is a proposed interior renovation to an existing 13,705 SF office building. Improvements are being proposed at Levels 1 and 2 only, totaling 10,398 SF. The majority of the existing walls are remaining. No changes are being proposed to the structural or means of egress components of the building. Portions of the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure are being replaced. Portions of the building are to receive new flooring and ceilings. All areas of Levels 1 and 2 are to receive new paint. No work is being proposed in the basement or attic, with the exception of the access needed for plumbing and electrical work. On the building's exterior, we are repairing masonry work, roofing, parapets, flashing, etc. which have resulted in water infiltration damage. The windows in the portion of the building facing Lindell Blvd are being replaced, which will meet the requirements for the Lindell Blvd historic district.
