TPO Roof Replacement:<:- Job site safety and setup.<:-Remove lower flat roof section down to decking.<:-Inspect decking material.<:-Document and replace all deteriorated decking.*<:-Install taper package with iso boards to pitch entire facet to drainage system.<:-Install new TPO system on lower roof section<:-Flash all protrusions to standard.<:-Install wood nailer and coping metal on parapet walls.<:- Remove and replace mansard section with new GAF asphalt shingles ; color: TBD<:– Choose Color Below<:- Properly flash all walls, curb stacks and other protrusions in strict accordance<:with manufacturer's specifications.<:-Reterminate upper roof section to new mansard roof.<:- Clean and haul away all roofing related debris on a daily basis.
