Complete re-roof due to storms. All existing materials will be removed down to the decking, the decking is to be replaced with 7/16 OSB with the rafters being 16" on center. Drip Edge will be installed around the perimeter of the roof. Ice and Water Barrier will be installed along all Eaves and Valleys of the roof.
