Description
1) The existing cabinets will be removed and hauled away.<:2) Remove existing drywall as needed.<:3) Remove existing tile flooring and haul away.<:4) Remove existing wood subfloor as needed.<:5) Install new 2” x 6” stud wall, up to 8 linear feet.<:6) Install new ¾” tongue and groove sub floor, up to 64 sq. ft.<:7) Flooring to be completed by homeowner.<:8) Provide and install up to 12 lineal feet of Cherry floating shelves.<:9) Rough in electrical. Price includes: 20 recessed can lights, 2 hanging light fixtures, 18<:switches, 8 outlets, and one (1) LED strip fixture. (NOTE: Scope of work could change<:after demo is complete.)<:10) Install new cabinets owner will provide per provided design drawing.<:11) Install up to 20 sq. ft. of tile backsplash.<:12) Install brick veneer tile on wall per provided design drawings.<:13) Install range hood owner will provide.<:14) Install new duct work to exterior.<:15) Install new plumbing rough in per design drawings.<:16) Install new plumbing fixtures owner will provide. Includes sink, kitchen faucet, and<:dishwasher.<:17) Complete as needed drywall repairs to ceilings and walls. Prep for paint.<:18) Spot paint walls and paint entire ceiling of work area.
