Description
Addendum Description to permit BP-1489-26:<:An addendum is required because the existing Ameren utility pole is approximately 9 feet from the rear property line, placing it too close to the proposed building location. To provide adequate clearance and maintain alignment with the previously constructed townhomes on the same side, we are shifting the building to 19 feet from the front curb line instead of 19 feet from the front property line.
